Welcome to Community Care Nursing

imagesCommunity Care Nursing Services, Inc. is a private-duty nursing agency dedicated to providing quality care to the public at reasonable costs. Established in 1999 by Iris Bond and Margaret Collins, Community Care Nursing Services, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and accredited nursing agency dedicated to the community in which it serves. Whether your needs are long term or intermittent we can help!

Home and community services provide a range of health care and support services for those who have acute, chronic, palliative or rehabilitative health care needs. These services are designed to complement and supplement, but not replace, the efforts of individuals to care for themselves with the assistance of family, friends and community.

Complex treatments once thought only possible in the hospital are now a feasible option in the home due to recent technological advances. Home care gives families more control over their loved one’s condition; minimizes the negative feelings that accompany loss of control due to the environment; relieves stress by providing care in a comfortable, familiar environment; and allows the family or caregiver more personal time to pursue stress-relieving activities and enjoy family-centered interests. The need for home care can result from chronic illness, acute illness, exacerbation of disease, genetic disorders, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, birth defects, adult onset conditions, and traumatic accidents.

Community Care Nursing Services, Inc. has professional nursing staff available throughout the State of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia (DC). We specialize in pediatrics but also serve adults. Many of our clients have needs that include; help with activities of daily living, respiratory management; tracheotomy care, ventilator care.
